Sylphs are known as elemental kin, being related to nymphs and air elementals. They appear as beautiful humanoid women.

A sylph prefers to use magic when possible, employing spells as a 7th level caster. Otherwise, she resorts to a minor magical spear to use in battle.

A sylph ignores the first 5 points of physical damage not dealt with a cold iron weapon. She has a small amount of innate spell resistance.

Elemental traits
As air elemental kin, a sylph has low light vision and is immune to critical hits, mind-affecting spells, paralysis, poison, and sneak attacks. Whenever a sylph is harmed by electrical damage, she heals 1 HP for every point of electrical damage dealt. If the sylph has full hit points when it receives electrical damage, she will acquire temporary hit points instead of healing.

A sylph cannot be raised or resurrected, nor can she be healed with cure wounds spells.
